Design lead
Clover is a point-of-sale company, providing apps for each business type owner to customize their own experience. As their first designer, I contributed on 9 Clover products. Product scope: Android and web apps, packaging, print, hardware, and internationalization.
Update previous Product Setup Guides design and style to be more illustrative. Main goal: remove all instructional words and have graphics be understood across all languages. Drastically reduces paper impact, a 40-60 page book down to a 2-4 page foldout.
New devices that have launched: Clover Flex (2nd generation), Clover Station Pro, Clover Flex Extender (accessory).
Worked with Hardware team to understand payment and wireless technology regulations and physical product usage. Discussions with Product team to ensure final product had fitting assets for Help materials. Led and decided on final display of instructions. Illustrations hand drawn based on provided 3D files from Hardware.
