EverCharge is an electric vehicle charging solution for apartments, condominiums, and fleets. I built out internal and customer-facing Dashboards, improved the customer experience, and strengthened the company’s brand.
New and potential electric vehicle owners, living in multi-family buildings, had many misconceptions on how charging worked. During the discovery phase, Sales consistently received the same questions and concerns. There was a lack of educational material online, so we created our own.
The Company Overview is now sent out to all new inquiring customers in digital form and printed for building locations upon request.
The biggest challenge: simplifying the complex technology into something more digestable. With hardware information from the Engineering team, I translated key points into visually appealing technical drawings.
The new information better informed customers early on, cutting down the amount of time Sales spent with individual customers. This led to increased sales closure rates.
